Description

Susumaniello is a grape variety mainly grown in the north of the Salento region. It owes its vernacular name to the fact that the vine, particularly in its first ten years of life, produces large quantities of grapes and is often overloaded with bunches, just like a “somarello” (little donkey).

An excellent wine to get to know this variety which is unique on the Italian wine scene.
