Organoleptic properties

Hypnotic mahogany in colour. On the nose it reveals intense exotic notes of Oriental spices, dates, fig milk and ethereal nuances of sealing wax and incense. Dense and very sweet on the palate at first, it soon relaxes thanks to its vivid freshness, with delicious fruity, spicy sensations. The taste lingers for a long, enjoyable time.

Description

Aleatico is a grape which yields extraordinary aromas and is ideal for sweet wines. The taste of a freshly picked, single ripe berry is so intense that it allows you to imagine the final product.

A unique product with a long drying process and extremely long ageing in small oak barrels. This wine exceeds normal standards and places itself in a category of excellence. Annual production of 600 “half” bottles.
