Organoleptic properties

Pale and bright rosé. On the nose, delicate aromas of red rose and raspberry, the sip is fresh, fragrant and with a very pleasant savory streak.

Description

Primitivo rosé has an evident drinking pleasure: the color immediately catches the eye, the floral scent and the freshness make it a perfect wine for an aperitif and to accompany medium-complexity dishes.

The grapes used to made this wine are sourced in the southern part of Puglia, an area known as Salento.
Small local growers keep on producing grapes in this area since centuries preserving a natural heritage as well as a valuable tradition.
