INTUTION TURNS INTO INCLINATION

If it is true that a land, intended as natural environment, physical space, history and architecture, determines the choice of techniques, traditional knowledge and the goods which are produced, this however is not enough to conclude that the value of a wine is the one given by its land of origin.

Thinking in historical terms is not enough. One must also think philosophically, knowing that facts can be interpreted in many ways and enabling people to carry out a project on the territory, to cultivate the aspects they consider essential.
